Rhiannon Burch

Rhiannon Burch is the founder and lead drafter of Dream Visions, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on residential drafting experience to every project. She began her career drawing plans for Chris Daniel at American Traditions, collaborating closely with Holly Howell and Jarrod Moore, who later founded the successful Cobblestone Design. Rhiannon has since worked with respected general contractors including Dominion Homes, Wyben Homes, Sandoval Homes, and on personal GC projects. She spent many rewarding years designing and drafting for Jack Walser and Jeff Fiedler at TDB Amarillo. Known for her detail-oriented approach, Rhiannon excels at creating precise digital blueprints that meet both the contractor’s and homeowner’s exact specifications — delivering clear, build-ready plans with care and consistency.
